Guess what everyone? I am back!! I have been with y'al for about two months now and counting...
I have so much to discuss with who's ever listening. For those of you still with me, I applaud you! Now, I'm sure many of you are wondering why I never talk about what my favorite movie is? Well, maybe it's because I really don't have a favorite film to boast about. In all fairness, I do have movies that I love and some I could live without, but I never really gave an incling to what myt favorite motion picture would be. I have so many genres of films that I'm interested in that it seems almost impossible to choose. I am guilt off liking them all. From horror films to romance to physolcogical thrillers to comedies...

I will say this though, I do have a favorite in each genre of films. Like for instance, my favorite comedies to this day is a tie between the Hangover and Bridesmaids. I adore that the dynamic between the ,male characters in the Hangover aren't so different from the female characters in Bridesmaids. Whoever said girls couldn't be just as funny, and vulger, and illicit as the guys, should seriously get their butt kicked. My favorite cartoon, to this day, is and always will be the Beauty and the Beast. I rememeber seeing that movie for the first time when I was like two, so it's been a while. I always used to watch it like everyday. That movie was like my favoirte childhood film. I liked the unexpected love story between two of the most unlikely people to fall in love with each other; hence Belle and the Beast. I know, corny right? Don't throw stones okay, I'm not finshed yet. My favorite romantic comedy is the Notebook. Not just because I love the actress, Rachael McAdams, or the fact that, hellloooo..., Ryan  'stud muffin' Gosling is in it, but because I read the novel by Nicholas Sparks, and it was the first movie that I actually thought was almost as good as the book. Oh, btw, The Vow starring Rachael McAdams was soo good, but I didn't like the ending. In the theater, where I saw it, I thought it was going to go one way, and it completly did a one eighty on me, I don't know if it was the best ending, but it was an overall good movie. Still don't think it can top the Notebook, but it will be on my movie list...

What will have to take the cake for being my favorite American superhero film The Dark Knight. I mean, I think it is hard to argue that the  stellar cast and the awesome film director Christopher Nolan didn't have a significant role in my decision on naming this movie my all time favorite superhero movie. When I saw the movie I had low expectations becuase it seems that everyone movie that I heard has been go, has really been a let down, well all that changed by the end. From Christian Bale to Heath Ledger to Aaron Eckhart, omg, can you blame a girl for blushing? As the knife-wielding psychopath, The Joker, Heath Ledger's performance goes beyond memorable to something unforgettable, a classic performance by an actor we hardly got to know. This is not a retread of Jack Nicholson's dark comedic portrayal of the green haired adversary but, rather, a glimpse into the brilliantly deranged mind of evil.
